Baby Merc Travel Systems & Strollers
Yes, our products carry a 12 months warranty. Please see our warranty terms and conditions under Warranty Info.
The set includes: chassis with wheels, pram unit, pushchair seat, two aprons, diaper bag, cup holder, rain cover, mosquito net, changing mat, adapters. The 3-in-1 sets include a car seat.

The full set can be used from birth to 4 years.
The Carlo car seat is for 0-10 kg and the Avionaut infant car seats (Kite) are for 0-13 kg.
The carry cot will carry up to 9 kg which is approximately 6-9 months. The carry cots should not be used once an infant becomes mobile.
The toddler pram seat will carry up to 25 kg which is approximately 4 years. It is best to use the toddler seat from 6 months.
Our products are sold as 3-in-1 and 2-in-1 sets as well as strollers only depending on the model.
The toddler pram seat can recline into a flat position when the toddler seat is in both the forwards and rearward facing positions.
Yes, the toddler seats can face forwards and rearwards.
The prams have suspension and foam wheels and will handle uneven terrain.
You can use the pram for a fast walk or a slow jog. Please be advised though that this is not a full jogging pram so care will need to be taken.
The wheels are made from foam and will not puncture.
Shipping
Yes, we deliver countrywide and deliveries take 24-72 hours (to the main centres in SA) after payment had been received. Courier rates apply - this is based on the weight and size of the parcels and quantities ordered.

We will dispatch goods once full payment is received - this is the case for online orders, orders placed directly with us or lay-byes. Payment is recognised once it clears and reflects in our bank account - this could take up to 3 working days.
We use major carriers - you will be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

PayJustNow
PayJustNow allows you to pay for your purchase over 3 equal, zero interest instalments. You will pay one instalment at the time of purchase, the next at the beginning of the following month and the last one a month thereafter.
Mobicred
Mobicred is a simple online credit facility that allows you to shop online at participating e-commerce stores and repay the amount in installments.
Instant EFT
When paying by Instant EFT, there will be no waiting period before your payment is received and your order is authorised.
Bank Deposit or Standard EFT
Cash deposits at a bank: Please use the sales quote/sales order/invoice number as the reference and payment should reflect in our bank account on the same day - however this depends on the banks so system delays may occur.
Internet Transfers: Please use the quote/sales order/invoice number as reference. If you bank with Bidvest Bank, deposits should reflect immediately in our bank account. Transfers made from any other bank will usually reflect within 2 days.
