Should you be unhappy with your purchase and wish to return it, this can be done within 7 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and is in a resalable condition.
Please note that all flat pack items that are partially or fully assembled have been fully accepted by the customer and are not covered under our 7 day returns policy.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item back to our warehouse. Please notify us beforehand and deliver the items to:
If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Following this, we will also notify you of the decision regarding your refund.
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days once we have received the item and the above criteria have been met.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We can exchange for another product within 7 days of purchase should you wish. The same criteria under Returns apply.
Refund policy for exceptional circumstances
We will consider grating a full refund in the event of a miscarriage or the death of baby prior to discharge from hospital provided that all the items are in their origional packaging and are unused. We unfortunately reserve the right to request proof of this unfortunate circumstance. The full shipping fees of the delivery and return will be for the client's account and will be deducted from the refund.
No refunds will be granted on used items.
