If for some reason your product shows signs of manufacturing or material defects within the warranty period we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective part. Your product(s) are automatically covered under warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanshop when used in normal conditions and in accoudance with user manuals.
Please ensure that the origional receipt is kept in a safe place as the date of purchase should be clearly visibe should a warranty claim be submitted.
Terms and Conditions
The warranty is generally for a period of 12 months (unless stated otherwise under the product description).
The warranty applies in the country of purchase only.
The warranty applies to the first owner and is not transferable.
The warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear, damage caused by accidents, abusive use, negligence, improper maintainance, external cause, corrosion or dust, damage which is the consequence of failing to comply with the user manual, damage caused by use with another product, damage caused by service by anyone who is not authorised by us, or if the product is stolen or has been altered.
The origional warranty will not be extended should repairs take place during the warranty period.
A full evaluation of the warranty claim will need to be conducted by our team at our warehouse in Kramerville. Should the defect fall within the warranty claim then the problem will be repaired or the defective part will be replaced at no cost to the client.
Should the warranty claim arise due to any of the warranty exclusions listed above, a quotation will be provided to the client for the repair or to replace the defective part. The client will also be responsible for the delivery fees to us.
